About
The WHCA was established in the 1960s, in response to a troubling event that took place in the community. A resident’s car was stolen with her small child in the backseat. This incident made the community realize the importance of banding together to support one another and ensure a safer community.
Throughout the years, the association has grown to become a registered public charity with 501(c)(3) exemption status as of September 2024. By joining the association and becoming an active participant in community meetings and events, you help to ensure our neighborhood continues to thrive for generations to come.
Join today, together we can make a difference!
